GREAT MUSIC STOCKING STUFFERS OLD & NEW!

I’m not going to speak for anyone else but my pockets are reeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllll tight this Holiday season, so if any of my family members or friends are reading this and you know we usually do a gift exchange then now you know what you’re getting!! (lol) And just to forewarn you, don’t expect multiple CD’s. Well, maybe a few of you will get more than one but don’t get too excited! So if any of you love to give the gift of music like I do I’m going to help you out with a few releases that are sure winners! And sometimes I like to go back to CD’s that have come out two, three or even 5 years ago that people have missed. You can also get those very cheap a lot of times on amazon.com. It’s all about getting something good but not spending a lot of money. But also if you get gifted with an iTunes gift card you may want to purchase a few songs from a variety of these releases.

Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee that every person will love all these CD’s, but these are some of my suggestions that I think will go over well.

  • God’s Chosen “Love Ever After” MUST GET!! MUST GET!!
  • Virtue “Free” One of the trio’s best releases!
  • Mary Mary “The Sound” There is literally a song on this album for everyone.
  • Ann Nesby “I’m Here For You” PERFECT mix of soulful R&B and inspirational.
  • Vanessa Williams “Here I Go Again” From Richard Smallwood’s camp…this is one to give a listen.
  • Ted Winn “Balance” One of the best releases of ’09!
  • Vanessa Bell Armstrong “The Best of Vanessa Bell Armstrong” It’s just a must have in any music collection.
  • Deleon Richards “My Life” Her best out of her impressive discography. I’m thinking because Fred Hammond was behind some of the production.
  • Shea Norman “My Heart Depends on You” A Fred Hammond protégé’! What else needs to be said?
  • Maurette Brown Clark “The Dream” It’s an all-in-one CD! An impeccable fuse of choir and soloist!
